Answers) There are no specific deadlines or expected completion times other than completion expected on the day of service. Question) Will the cleaning and waste removal be done on site (JBAB Motor Pool)? Answer) Yes, all services must be performed at the JBAB Motor Pool. Question) Is there a facility were waste can be dumbed on site? Answer) No, it will be the contractor’s responsibility to dispose of waste in a appropriate facility and in accordance with local and state guidelines. Question) Would there be any compensation or ability to request extra funds for an excessive cleaning to be performed? Answer) No. The resulting award from this opportunity will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. Question) What is the size of the waste tank on the buses? Answer) The manual states there is a 37.8 L Lavatory Waste Retention Tank. Question) Will the contractor have access and be able to use the water and power supply from the site or will they have to provide their own? Answer) The vendor would need to provide their own due to the location of equipment.
