## Description

This RFQ is issued on a Brand Name or Equal basis. Equal items must meet the attached salient characteristics. Requirement is for multiple articles of Athletic Apparel and Equipment with logos and embroidering (VIEW ATTACHMENTS FOR DETAILED MATERIALS, QUANTITIES, AND OTHER INSTRUCTIONS). Quotes MUST include the following for EACH item: digital mockups/illustrations/examples of designs. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED EXHIBITS FOR SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS AND LOGO DESIGN INSTRUCTIONS.

Quoters/Offerors must specify the soonest possible delivery date. AMENDMENT 0001 has been issued to change the Salient Characteristic on CLIN 0010 Women's Cycling Jersey and CLIN 0011 Men's Cycling Jersey. Changes can be found below and in document D. Exhibit 1 Salient Characteristics & QTY AMENDED.

**Womens Cycling Jersey:** "Color must be Black with Red trim" HAS CHANGED TO "Color must be Red with Black accents".

**Men's Cycling Jersey:** "Color must be Black with Red trim" HAS CHANGED TO "Color must be Red with Black accents". AMENDMENT 0002 has been issued to provide answers to questions asked during solicitation process and to extend solicitation. Quote due date is now 16 JANUARY 2024 at 11:00 AM EST. Answers to questions asked: Question) The long sleeve shirt/cycling jerseys/etc. does not specify if the logo is to be screen printed or embroidered. Can you please clarify?

Answer) All apparel that has logo instructions but does not specify whether it needs to be screen printed or embroidered needs to be screen printed. Question) Can you clarify the logo size on the team warmup suit pants? Answer) 1.5 inches height by .5 inches width. Question) Do vendors get to choose between using color logos or black and white logos? Answer) All logos where a color is not stated in the salient characteristics need to be in color. All Eagle Globe and Anchor (EGA) logos need to be gold PMS 4505C.

Question) Can we change the size/dimension of logos for better detail/provide a clearer image? Answer) No, please follow the logo sizing provided in the salient characteristics.
