## Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price FFP contract using FAR part 12 and part 13 pocedures. Supply/Service needed: The Marine Corps Band requires USMC White Dress Gloves that are certified for military ceremony use. The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source basis to:

MOSCONI, TONI MARIE, 148 Morningside Dr Oneonta Ny 13820, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source available. All interested and/or responsible sources must be certified to sell USMC dress gloves in order to submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, to be considered by the agency.
