## Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract to a 8(a) vendor using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 Procedures. Supply/Service needed: Audio Visual Upgrade. The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source Basis to:

Digital Consultants LLC, 5500 Cherokee Ave STE 450 Alexandria, Virginia, 222312, under the authority of FAR 19.805-1, the circumstances of the contract action allows for contract award to a 8(a) concern on the sole source basis. All interested and/or responsible sources IN THE AREA may submit a capability statement, or estimate, which shall be considered by the agency. See attached SOW for details.
