## Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price FFP contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Supply/Service needed: Commercial cable TV & broadband internet service aboard NSF Indian Head, MD for the period of 30 July 2023 – 29 July 2024. The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source basis to:

COMCAST CABLE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC, 1701 John F Kennedy BLVD, Philadelphia, PA 19103-2838, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
