## Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price FFP contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Supply/Service needed: National Drill Camp located at Schreiner University, Kerrville, Texas to include travel, lodging and meals in support of the Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps.

Period of Performance is 23 June 2024 – 29 June 2024. The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source basis to Sports Network International Inc., 10 Broadcreek CIR Ormond Beach, Florida 32174-8740, United States. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.

All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for the purpose of determining whether to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered in the competition of future similar requirements.
