THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION in regards to market capabilities for interested SBA Certified 8(a) Small Business who are interested in the opportunity and willing to provide an estimate. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price FFP order using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Service needed: please see attached draft SOW. All interested and/or responsible SBA Certified 8(a) Small Business sources may submit a capability statement, with their initial estimate.
