Conform to all federal, state, local requirements for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and applicable manufacture standards are required in the PWS. **CLIN 002 FireWorks Install:** Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation supervision, and other resources required to install the FireWorks System, including servers, computers, and software, within the Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) and Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Base (CMSFB) fire alarm network in Colorado. Ensure all work complies with the requirements outlined in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement (PWS), as well as all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and relevant manufacturer specifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. This Sources Sought is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. Peterson Space Force Base, CO is requesting information for Market Research Purposes. The government is requesting information for brand name or equal products IAW with Attachment 2 – Product List. Please refer to Attachment 2 – FARS Equipment List, Attachment 3 – FireWorks Equipment List, and Attachment 4 – FARS Cyber Requirements The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
