## Description

GS-00F-048GA/75ACF123F80029 was awarded on September 27, 2023 to VOIGT PETERS ASSOCIATES LLC (VPD) in the amount of $2,660,231.662,660,231.66, with a period of performance of September 30, 2023 through September 29, 2026. This modification is to Task SC1.5 and Task SC1.7.2; and it also revises the position description for Web Content Manager.

See below for additional details: Task SC1.5 – Updates to HMRF Public-Facing Websites (UPW). The contractor shall create and submit a plan to update and maintain OFA’s HMRF website, to include the Tribal TANF Child Welfare (TTCW) website), which will offer ideas on how the contractor can maintain the website and to keep the content relevant.

The website will serve as a national repository of resources and information that focus on healthy marriage/relationships and focus on improving family functioning in a tribal context. Task SC1.7.2 – Increase Accessibility of Products (IAP). Upon approval of the plan to increase accessibility of products, the contractor shall work to support OFA as it executes the plan.

The contractor shall work with partners – e.g., ACF’s Office of Communications, and others – to support them as all relevant offices ensure that appropriate products are posted in appropriate places on OFA’s HMRF and TTCW or other ACF program office websites.

As part of this work, the contractor shall work to support the posting and dissemination of approximately 50-100 products that are particularly relevant and accessible to HMRF and TTCW target audience The contractor shall report-out on its progress, challenges, and successes in monthly progress reports. The modification also revises the position description for Web Content Manager to facilitate the change required, and makes the Web Content Manager labor category a Key Personnel.
