Therefore, any costs associated with a response to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) are solely at the interested vendor’s expense. This competitive procurement will be set aside for small businesses, utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332710 (Machine Shops) with a size standard of 500 Employees. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order will be made to the offeror with the lowest-price, technically acceptable quotation. In order for the offer to be technically acceptable, offerors must be compliant with the requirement details/meet the minimum requirements detailed in the attached FAA Technical Statement of Work and Appendices, and be determined to be a responsible source via the System for Award Management (SAM). All potential vendors must be registered in SAM (www.SAM.gov) for consideration of this award and proof of small business size. Please provide the Unique Entity ID (generated by SAM.gov) & Federal TAX ID number associated with your SAM registration.
