This notice is for market research and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RLP) SPACE REQUIREMENTS. In making the determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through necessary space alterations/tenant improvements, and telecommunication infrastructure. Delineated Area: To be considered, the offered property must be located within the boundaries defined in the attached market survey map. Warehouse Minimum SF (ABOA): 5,000 sq ft. Warehouse Maximum SF (ABOA): 6,000 sq. ft. Warehouse Overhead Doors: Minimum of two (2) drive- in doors with a minimum size of 12’x12’. The Government prefers column spacing and ceiling clear heights that optimize material handling and storage efficiency. A Government standard lease document will be used for the transaction. Properties located in a 100 year floodplain will not be considered. All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
