This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to accomplish market research and support planning for the requirements listed below. The Government will not pay for any information or reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this RFI. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This Technical Assistance (TA) effort is for the Government of Kuwait (GOK) under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and includes planning, training, maintenance and sustainment support of the Kuwait Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target (PATRIOT) Weapon Systems, associated PATRIOT equipment, and PATRIOT logistics support elements. Additionally, the contractor shall staff the Overseas Continental United States (OCONUS) location in Kuwait with personnel in the classification, quantity and duration as required by this effort.
