Any potential sources other than Caldwell may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Daisha Richards, Purchasing Agent, at Daisha.Richards@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EST on Friday, August 8, 2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
