This is not a solicitation/request for proposal and no contract shall be awarded from this product demonstration request. All comments and questions regarding the product demonstration and schedule should be sent to Contract Specialist, Naomi Cross at naomi.cross2.civ@army.mil. All questions shall be received no later than 10 December 2025 at 12:00pm EST. responses shall be received no later than 17 December 2025 at 12:00pm EST. All questions and comments must be in Microsoft Word or Excel ans sent to the emails listed above; no telephone calls will be accepted. No office calls or one on one meetings shall be requested or held related to this product demonstration request. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. Interested parties are responsible for adherence to all export regulations and are responsible for all expenses related to the demonstration.
