## Description

The Government has a requirement to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the operations of demolishing the existing Chiller, replacing the 100 Ton Chiller, disposing of the demo’ed equipment, and starting up the Chiller in Bldg 826, located at Gunter Annex, in Montgomery, Alabama.
