## Description

The subcontractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to renovate the Applied Research Center (ARC) in accordance with the attached specifications, drawings and all JSA/Jefferson Lab terms and conditions. This shall be a firm fixed price subcontract. Award will be based on a Best Value-Tradeoff process technical evaluation.
