ASO contract support is needed for both the Oklahoma City, OK and Kansas City, MO JPATS operations. Currently, JPATS has personal service contracts in place with individual Officers for the Oklahoma operation. The Kansas City operation is new and represents an expanded scope to the JPATS mission requirment.
