Without this limited source action there would be an unreasonable constraint in the Agency’s ability to execute the remaining projects on the ROICC Management Execution Plans for FY26 and FY27, which will lead to significantly delaying or canceling various required renovation, repair, electrical and other minor construction projects, which in turn will compromise mission readiness, diminish airfield safety and capabilities, and will delay the availability of required facilities to support the combat missions originating from ROICC Contracting Department. The agency is actively pursuing a follow-on MACC using full and open competitive procedures with the primary objective of awarding the contract in a timeframe to eliminate the need for a second bridge. The agency anticipates adequate competition for the follow-on MACC, consistent with the current MACC.
