## Description

IAW FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C), In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) order placed in accordance with the applicable FSS ordering procedures. This modification increases the value to address critical tasking required to move platform software maintenance and development activities to OpenShift and meet additional mandatory security requirements.
