## Description

The awarded contractor is currently providing highly technical Science Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services through staff augmentation to complete PEO EIS Cloud migration efforts directed by Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA).

HQDA Executive Order 009-20 Army Data Plan (ADP) Implementation in Support of Cloud Migration, dated: 27 Nov 2019, reads: “…as soon as possible, the Army will implement cloud migration and the data plan across mission areas and data repositories through governance and management via cloud technology”.

Full implementation of cloud migration was to be completed no later than January 2023. However, implementation was delayed due to issues outside of the control of PEO EIS and the awarded contractor, foremost among them the change of the Army’s cloud management agency from Army Analytics Group (AAG) to Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) and the failure in contractor performance on the PEO EIS Cloud Managed Service Provider Contract (MSP 1.0).
