Under contract no. 70CDCR18C00000003, STGi provides on-site healthcare staffing services for ICE detainees at facilities where IHSC provides direct medical care to those within ICE custody. The period of performance of this contract will expire on 31 July 2024. As a result of a protest filed with respect to the competitively solicited follow-on requirement, an extension of services, pending the outcome of the protest and awards of competitive solicitations for the same services , is needed to continue these mission critical medical staffing services at IHSC locations across the country. This notice is NOT a request for proposals or quotes. This is a notice of the Government’s intent to issue a sole source award to STGi for the required services. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
