## Description

This is a Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition for Only One Responsible Source for N62742-19-D-1328/ Task Order 6274220F9924 for Modification P00010 for the Procurement of the Federal Signal Mass Notification Remote Terminal Unit UVRI-B Ultra Voice Unit.

The purpose/function of the unit is to receive transmission signals from the Mass Notification System and disseminate internal broadcastin messaging to building occupants in the event of an emergency to protect life by instructing people f the necessary and appropriate action. This J&A is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c)(1), where only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
