## Description

This J&A is to support a bridge extension of the UVDS task order. UVDS is an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) dissemination service providing an integration of data from multiple services, commands and agencies, and exclusively enables the classified delivery of that ISR data to support contingency operations, intelligence exploitation, and mission situational awareness. IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), the task order modification must be issued on a sole-source basis as the incumbent is the only source capable of providing the services required at the level of quality required because the services are unique or highly specialized.
