The task/delivery order is to bridge the existing task order (TO) until award of the follow-on can

be resolved. This effort is for the following supplies and services: To provide subject matter

expertise to support the planning, development, and delivery of uninterrupted multinational

Pegasus network services and capabilities for a global user base. Pegasus is a critical component

of the Mission Partner Environment (MPE) which includes networks and projects of the Mission

Partners Capabilities Office (MPCO) technical services portfolio.
