## Description

**NOTICE TYPE:** SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – Carahsoft Technology Corp NAICS Code: 423430 – Computer & Computer Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers PSC: DA10 - Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Carahsoft Technology Corp., 11493 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 100, Reston, Virginia 20190-5230, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The Commission requires a Customer Relations Management (CRM) software solution, which is FEDRAMP (moderate) compliant. The CRM integrates information on Congress, Congressional members, including staff and offices. The software program tracks and manages relationships between the USITC, members of Congress and Congressional staffers working for both committees and individual members of Congress. The period of performance is anticipated to be one year, with two option years.

**Base Year:** February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027 Option Year 1: February 5, 2027 to February 4, 2028 Option Year 2: February 5, 2028 to February 4, 2029 This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
