This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this Notice of Intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be submitted no later than 10:00AM (MDT) on 7/2/2024 via email to Rodney.Brown@ihs.gov.
