Additionally, Werfen is the only source for reagents compatible with this analyzer, as well as the repair and support services necessary to maintain its continued operation. The NAICS code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with an associated small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The period of performance shall commence on the date of award and continue for a period of one (1) year. The simplified acquisition procedures at 12.102(a) will be utilized. This notice is not a solicitation or request for offers. Vendors capable of providing the stated services may submit a capability statement. Verbal responses will not be considered. Responses are due August 21, 2026 by 3:00 pm MDT. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
