## Description

**GENERAL INTENTION:** It is the intent of this solicitation to result in a Firm Fixed Price, Construction Type Contract for a project at the Federal Correctional Institution La Tuna, located in Anthony TX as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.
