## Description

To All Prospective Offerors, Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC (FFDG) is seeking a contractor for Replacement of MW-D1 Project at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Batavia, IL. This acquisition is being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside and as a lowest price technically acceptable procurement. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors.

FFDG REQUIRES ALL SUBCONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES AND SUB-TIER SUBCONTRACTORS COMING ON TO THE FERMILAB AND SOUTH DAKOTA DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY LEASED SITES TO COMPLY WITH REAL-ID REQUIREMENTS. FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE GO TO https://eshq.fnal.gov/realid/ SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for June 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Visitors should meet in the west entrance lobby of Wilson Hall at the designated time.

If the individual has not submitted the request, the business visitor will be denied entry.

Note that onsite access will be dependent on citizenship status. If you are a Foreign National, access may be delayed or denied. If you have a current Fermilab badge, you are not required to fill out the Access Request form. Please notify me at ryanosul@fnal.gov if you plan on attending.
