## Description

This SSN is being published to identify potential sources capable of providing services support needed for ongoing migration, integration, and improvements to the IRWorks ServiceNow ESM platform used by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The contractor shall have expertise with in-depth experience implementing the IRWorks platform and provide strategic guidance and design support aligned with the IRS requests and the platform capabilities. Looking primarly for small businesses to respond.
