Period of Performance is for a Base + Four (4) Option Periods, as follows: **Base Year:** **12/15/2025 to 12/14/2026 1st Option Year:** **12/15/2026 – 12/14/2027 2nd Option Year:** **12/15/2027 – 12/14/2028 3rd Option Year:** **12/15/2028 – 12/14/2029 4th Option Year:** 12/15/2029 – 12/14/2030 The estimated total value is below the simplified acquisition threshold. The sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirements and is based on market research. The Cochiti Health Clinic is located in a geographic area which internet services is not accessible to run daily operations. There are currently three satellite clinics, the other two have entered into a PO with EnerStar Rentals and Service, LTD, which allows them to get the internet services they need, and being Cochiti Health Clinic is the one of the last would allow them to receive services from this vendor. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of agency. The determination not to complete the proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received normally will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
