## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT 1. Description of Services: The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract to Data Innovations LLC (UEI: Y4HJLGLH5VY5) for Instrument Manager (IM) Maintenance and Support Services at Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC), located in Zuni, New Mexico.

**2. Authority:** This acquisition will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), Only One Responsible Source. Data Innovations LLC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source with the required proprietary knowledge, OEM authorization, and access necessary to provide Instrument Manager (IM) maintenance and support services.

Proof of OEM authorization for full preventive maintenance and service of Instrument Manager (IM). UEI number and business size status. Any determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract will be based on responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
