This initiative supports BEA’s ongoing efforts to enhance export compliance operations. 2. BACKGROUND INL is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory dedicated to nuclear energy, national security, and clean energy innovation. The BEA Export Compliance team utilizes Visual Compliance to conduct restricted party screenings as part of its standard due diligence process. The platform enables comprehensive searches across multiple government-maintained restricted party lists and is recognized for its user-friendly interface and reliable, actionable results that align with BEA’s compliance objectives. In addition to licensing access to Visual Compliance, BEA is requesting technical support to integrate the platform directly with InfoEd Global – the software used by BEA Export Control teams to manage export control requests. This integration is intended to streamline workflows, improve data consistency, and enhance compliance oversight. 3. PROCESS This EOI is the first step in identifying interested and qualified vendors. Responses may be used to inform the development of a formal solicitation list.
