Demonstrated experience contracting with Government agencies. Agreement to become signatory to the INL Site Stabilization Agreement (available at http://sitelaborcoordinator.com/index.php/downloads/) Capacity to effectively support construction of the LOTUS test bed, beginning in summer 2025.
