## Description

Sources Sought on IT Monitoring and Management (IMM) Cyclical Replacement Project. The government currently envisions the cyclical replacement of it's current IMM solution to an equivalent or better solution. It does, however, recognize that there may be alternate solutions that are capable of meeting or exceeding its current needs.

For this reason, the government is requesting that respondents to this RFI provide a cover sheet indicating they meet or exceed the salient characteristics and offer any other alternate solutions. For those respondents who indicate they do not meet all salient characteristics, please indicate how the alternate solution meets or exceeds the government's requirements, including any major or minor advantages and disadvantages of the alternate solution. This will be fully open competition.
