Other relevant NAICS codes will be considered based on responses received. 1. BACKGROUND The Rosebud IHS plans to procure a 2000 Gallon Diesel Storage Tank as specified in the attached documents. 2. SCOPE 2000-gallon fuel storage tank with 20-gpm fill-rite pump with meter, hose and nozzle, filter & filter base and drop tube and plumbing with delivery, according to the attached Product Description and Specification sheet. 3. CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (N/A) 4. TYPE OF ORDER This is a firm fixed price purchase order. 5. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of Performance: Delivery no later than 90 days from date of award 6. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE 800 Hospital Circle, Rosebud SD 7. REPORT(S)/DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE Delivery of products should be no later than 90 days from date of award 8. PAYMENT Payment via IPP.gov upon delivery 9.
