## Description

04/04/2024 (Amendment 1)- The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received. For full list of questions and answers, please refer to attached document "QA_1473508_04.04.2021_Amd1.pdf" As a result of this amendment, the proposal due date is extended by one (1) day to April 11th, 2024 4:00PM Eastern Time.

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Clinical and Community Services (DCCS) requires contractor support to develop, implement, and evaluate Dementia Training and Education services and resources for the IHS system that includes federal, Tribal, and Urban Indian Health Organization (I/T/U) staff.

This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP), prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services.
