**Amendment 3 [05/23/2025]:** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response deadline through May 30th, 2025 1:00PM.

**Amendment 2 [05/19/2025]:** The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to all questions received (please see QA-IHS-25-RFQ-1503227_2025.05.19) and provide a revision to the solicitation document/RFQ (please see IHS-25-RFQ-1503227_Rev1.2025.05.19) As a result of this amendment, the response deadline has been extended an additional one (1) week to May 27th, 2025 4:30PM.

**Amendment 1:** Due to the volume of questions received, the response deadline has been extended by an an additional one (1) week. IHS may consider an additional extenstion following the forthcoming posting of Questions & Answers.

Original The Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement to obtain contractor support services to assist with the development, management and facilitation of an evaluation framework for the implementation of a produce prescription program in Native communities. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR 12 and FAR 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03.
