Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem that only one source is reasonably available based on licensing agreements and warranty coverage on specialized medical equipment. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Airgas LLC may submit a capability statement via email to Arlynda Largo, Purchasing Agent, at Arlynda.largo@ihs.gov by 8:00 AM MT on Tuesday June 17, 2026.
