The contractor shall be an authorized service provider for Getinge equipment and shall ensure all work complies with applicable Federal, State, Tribal, local, NFPA, and Joint Commission requirements. The contractor shall perform scheduled preventive maintenance during normal business hours, respond to corrective maintenance requests by the next business day, and provide detailed service reports after each service visit. Documentation of current manufacturer authorization and technician qualifications shall be submitted with the quotation.
