This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursant to FAR 6.3021, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisify angency requirements and is based on the fact that this vendor the is sole company that has required federal background clearances and credentials that can provide proprietary services. The total estimated value is $469,600.00.Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that sole source would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objectives of our agency standardization. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely with the discretion of the Governent. A Source Sought Notice RFI-17-89551 is currenly active in SAM.gov for a longer term Purchase Order for the same service described above.
