The anticipated requirement includes the safe, compliant collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal of regulated medical waste (RMW) and hazardous pharmaceutical waste generated during routine healthcare operations. Services may include supplying compliant waste containers; performing scheduled weekly medical waste pickups; providing pharmaceutical waste mail-back disposal; transporting waste to properly permitted treatment and disposal facilities; providing manifests, certificates of destruction, and other required regulatory documentation; and delivering annual DOT and hazardous materials training to CRSU personnel involved in waste handling and internal transport. All services must be performed in compliance with applicable federal, state, tribal, and IHS regulations, including DOT, OSHA, and EPA requirements. This Sources Sought notice is issued solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Government to procure services. Responses will be used to determine the availability, capability, and interest of ISBEE firms and to support acquisition planning and set-aside
