**THIS IS AN INDIAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE (ISBEE) SET-ASIDE** The Indian Health Center, Kayenta Health Center located at Highway 160 Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta AZ 86033 has a requirement for Institutional Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Odor Control Products. The Blanket Purchase Agreement will be issued with a base year plus three (3) option years. The Government shall keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until 03/30/2026 @ 9:00am EDT. To be considered for award, your offer shall include the following documents/information listed in the attached solicitation.
