THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. IT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, RATHER MARKET RESEARCH TO DETERMINE COMPLAINCE WITH THE BUY INDIAN ACT AND DETERMINATION OF SETASIDE.
