The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a Labor Hour Type Contract, Non- Personal Medical Service, Purchase Order with a Base Period and eight (8) Option Periods in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) 75H70626Q00076. Due to Service Unit funding constraints, the Government will obligate funds in three-month increments only. Accordingly, this contract includes a base period and quarterly option periods. Exercise of any option is subject to the availability of funds and continued Government need. This solicitation incorporates Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2026?01, effective March 13, 2026) and Health & Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR) provisions and clauses in effect at the time of issuance.
