The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00054 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by January 19, 2026. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, retention, Key Personnel and price. Quotes will be due on or by February 9, 2026. The acquisition is a Indian Owned, Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).

In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
