The requirement includes a fully hosted, web-based solution with real-time inventory tracking, automated purchasing workflows, electronic requisitioning, barcode and mobile scanning capabilities, customizable reporting and analytics, and electronic vendor ordering (EDI). The contractor shall provide implementation services, system configuration, data integration, training, and ongoing software maintenance and technical support to ensure 24/7 operational availability.
