Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, utilizing a Best Value Tradeoff approach. Quotes must be submitted on an all-or-none basis. Written quotes are required; oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business. The applicable NAICS code is 333912 (Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing). The period of performance will begin within 60 days of contract award, with option years as exercised by the Government.
