A venue that will accommodate up to 400 attendees (staff members & a family members or friend) with cocktail tables, round tables and chairs (theater set-up), and free parking for attendees. The venue must be within a 7-mile radius of the Phoenix Indian Medical Center due to staff members reporting to the awards ceremony after their tour of duty.
