## Description

Colorado River Service Unit (CRSU) Peach Spring Clinic is requesting the rental of an emergency generator we are requesting a 125 kVA (100 kW).. This is required for the Clinic’s Life Safety system and utilized only during emergency situations. Per attached Scope of Work (SOW).

**AMENDMENT 1:** updated Intro CRSU Generator to state requirement for delivery.

**NOTE:** Delivery of generator shall be fifteen (15) days after award of Purchase Order. Quote MUST state acknowledgment of this requirement.
